Emily Grossman is originally from New Jersey and currently lives in Jerusalem. She holds a degree in Communications and Marketing with a minor in Business from Reichman University.
Emily has worked extensively in intern placement, career coordination, and professional development, helping students and young adults turn their interests and skills into real world opportunities in Israel. She previously served as a Placement Coordinator at Destination Israel, where she interviewed participants, assessed their strengths and goals, and successfully placed them in internships aligned with their fields of interest. In this role, she worked closely with Israeli companies across a range of industries, built employer relationships, supported recruitment processes, and guided participants through resume development and interview preparation.
She later served as an Internship Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at JLIC, where she continued to support internship pipelines and student career development initiatives. She is passionate about helping students and young professionals, both in Israel and abroad gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to successfully enter the workforce.
