The hiring culture in Israel operates on a different set of norms than what many participants are used to in their home countries. Networking follows its own logic, and even resumes come with their own expectations. Many English speakers only realize this after months of silence, rejections, or not knowing where to begin.
The Career Readiness Program changes that.
Over 3 weeks you’ll build real skills, get hands-on feedback on your resume and interviews, and get matched with a mentor who has actually navigated the Israeli job market. This program has 2 tracks: For those already in Israel and for those who are 6-9 months away from making Aliyah.
We give you all of this for only 225 NIS ($75)!
Apply below! Sports are limited.

The Israeli job market operates differently from anything you’ve experienced, and most people only discover that after they’ve already landed.
Over 3 weeks, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how the Israeli job market works, define your career direction, and build a CV that meets local expectations. You’ll learn how to position your experience for Israeli employers, develop practical networking and interview skills, and understand the cultural norms of the workplace. By the end of the sessions, you’ll be matched with a mentor who has successfully made this transition and leave with a clear, actionable plan for launching your career in Israel.
