The hiring culture in Israel operates on a different set of norms than what many individuals are used to in their home countries. Networking follows its own logic, and even resumes come with their own expectations. Many English speakers only realize this after months of silence, rejections, or not knowing where to begin.
The Career Readiness Program changes that.
Over 3 weeks you’ll build real skills, get hands-on feedback on your resume and interviews, and get matched with a mentor who has actually navigated the Israeli job market once you make Aliya.
We give you all of this for $75!
Apply below! Spots are limited.
The Israeli job market operates differently from anything you’ve experienced, and most people only discover that after they’ve already landed.
Over 3 weeks, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how the Israeli job market works, define your career direction, and build a CV that meets local expectations. You’ll learn how to position your experience for Israeli employers, develop practical networking and interview skills, and understand the cultural norms of the workplace. By the end of the sessions, you’ll be matched with a mentor who has successfully made this transition and leave with a clear, actionable plan for launching your career in Israel.
*This program is about career preparation, NOT aliyah logistics.
There is a $75 cost to participate.
Attendance at all 3 sessions, and meetings with your mentor.
Every participant gets matched with a mentor based on their career field and goals. These are professionals from the JLIC community who have been exactly where you are and built real careers in Israel. They know the landscape because they’ve navigated it themselves.
