Finding a job in Israel is hard. Navigating the Israeli job market as an English-speaking student or young professional? When the professional landscape feels completely different from what you’re used to, and everyone seems to know someone who knows someone? It’s overwhelming.
That’s why the JLIC Israel Career Network exists. Because building a career in Israel shouldn’t mean figuring it all out on your own.
We connect English-speaking students and young professionals with the mentors, training, and opportunities they actually need to succeed. Through partnerships with employers who value what this community brings to the table, plus universities, city leaders, and alumni who’ve navigated this path themselves, the Career Network helps members do more than just land a job. We help them build careers that fit their skills, match their values, and create lives they’re genuinely excited about.
JLIC Israel launched the Career Network in 2025 after seeing the same pattern across our campuses: talented, driven students with big ambitions but limited professional networks and unclear pathways forward. Since 2017, JLIC Israel has built thriving communities across 12 university campuses and 6 post-graduate hubs, where young adults balance Jewish life, career goals, and personal growth. The Career Network takes that support to the next level: real structure, honest guidance, and the kind of connections that turn “What do I do next?” into “I’m building something I’m proud of.”
